About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Building Fabric Specialist to join our team at Arcus Solutions. As a Building Fabric Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering planned preventive and reactive maintenance services to our multi-site clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality repair works and rectify defects to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Assist in the delivery of excellent customer service, resulting in professional results, asset uptime, first-time fix, and quality workmanship.
  • Carry out a range of tasks, including patch plastering/rendering, protection, carpentry works, various floor coverings, wall tiling, and general repair work.
  • Work independently and confidently, with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
  • Time-served experience across multiple trades, ideally in a building fabric role.
  • Valid UK driver's license.
  • Experience working within a customer-facing environment.
  • Confident using handheld IT equipment for managing works and documentation.
  • Strong communication skills and a work ethic.
  • Awareness and knowledge of health and safety.
Desirable Qualifications
  • NVQ, City and Guilds, or BTEC in a building trade.
  • Experience working within a maintenance remit for a multi-site retail client.
