Job Title: Head of Marketing and Brand - Premium Beverages

We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing and Brand to lead our premium beverage brand to new heights. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a multi-channel marketing strategy to drive brand engagement, consumption, and awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with our 5-year strategic vision
  • Lead the marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns that drive consumer acquisition and brand awareness
  • Collaborate with the eCommerce team to drive consumer understanding and refine the DTC strategy
  • Manage external comms and PR agencies to deliver the marketing plan
  • Lead and inspire the internal marketing team to activate the plan effectively
Requirements:
  • Proven brand marketing skills with experience in consumer and trade marketing, preferably in a premium food and drink category
  • Expertise in developing and executing multi-channel marketing plans, social media strategy, and brand content creation
  • Strong commercial acumen, leadership skills, and a passion for pushing boundaries to deliver exceptional results
  • Leadership experience including managing and coaching direct reports, and working cross-functionally to drive projects
