Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling of engineering personnel
  • Optimizing engineer utilization
  • Managing engineering planner tasks
  • Processing engineer timesheets
  • Creating maintenance, quoted, and reactive job requests
  • Ordering necessary parts
  • Engaging with customers
  • Securing customer purchase orders
  • Managing key customer systems
  • Monitoring customer KPIs
  • Handling customer invoicing
  • Preparing customer quotations and estimates
  • Managing work in progress
  • Maintaining engineer training records
  • Overseeing accounts receivable and payable
  • Ensuring compliance with EHS regulations
  • Adhering to FGAS legislation

Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational abilities

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
