Position Overview

As a Senior Project Scheduler at Segula Technologies, you will be responsible for overseeing the timing plans during product launches to ensure the achievement of Safety, Quality, Timing, and Cost objectives.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage the comprehensive schedule for all critical launch milestones, actively collaborating with the dimensional, joining standards, and controls teams.

• Direct the development of a detailed daily plan throughout each build phase, working in close partnership with external launch teams.

• Prepare, distribute, and assess supplier 'Request for Quotations' to ensure competitive pricing and quality.

• Conduct value assessments post-RFQ submissions while obtaining necessary expenditure approvals.

• Oversee the procurement process for free issue commodities from initiation to delivery.

• Collaborate with process engineers to identify commissioning risks and devise effective mitigation strategies.

• Facilitate daily management meetings during the launch phase to ensure alignment and progress.


Qualifications

• A project management engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3 or higher, preferably in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, or a combination of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering) and/or relevant engineering experience in Body in White (BIW) manufacturing.

• Proven experience in delivering and launching BIW assembly line facilities.

• Strong program management capabilities.

• Proficiency in P6 or Microsoft Project.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills, particularly in complex scenarios, along with effective reporting and stakeholder management.
