This role will be vital in the Service Technician Team, ensuring products and equipment are serviced and performing correctly.

The team's hard work will enable the business to continue growing and improving the quality of service, demonstrating the positive impact of this role on the business and its future.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Servicing products and equipment on assigned projects, diagnosing system problems and sourcing solutions
  • Providing high-quality customer service in a cost-effective manner
  • Conducting scheduled and preventative maintenance on plant and associated equipment
  • Utilizing available resources, including software, technology, hand-tools, blueprints, and specifications
  • Ensuring servicing tools, equipment, and clothing are maintained in a satisfactory condition at all times

To be considered for this role, you must hold an engineering qualification and several years of relevant experience working within HVAC, as well as being FGas qualified.

You will also need a driving license and be flexible in your working schedule to accommodate occasional weekend working.

The successful candidate will receive a starting salary in the region of £45,000, depending on prior experience and knowledge, accompanied by an additional benefits package including a competitive holiday and pension allowance, internal 'work perks', incentives, and more.
