We are collaborating with a well-established manufacturer in Cambridgeshire, seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to manage a portfolio of 150-200 accounts in the Southeast region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in regional sales, preferably in the KBB, construction, electrical, or plumbing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of regional accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and maximising sales
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and account management
  • Work closely with the internal sales and customer service function to support regional account growth
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on regional account growth and market share

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in regional sales, preferably in the KBB, construction, electrical, or plumbing sectors
  • Excellent account management and sales skills, with a focus on growth and market share
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
