Finance Assistant Purchase Ledger

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Assistant to join our team in Redhill. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the purchase ledger, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and reconcile invoices and payments
- Manage supplier relationships and resolve queries
- Prepare and review payment runs
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
- Proven experience in purchase ledger or accounts payable
- Excellent IT skills and knowledge of financial software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
