Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team, responsible for the service, breakdown repair, and maintenance of our range of highly advanced X-ray, CT, and MRI systems located at hospitals and healthcare centers throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repair of X-ray equipment from various sectors, including medical, industrial, and military backgrounds.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges and improve overall system performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and product developments through manufacturer training and mentoring.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in maintaining, installing, and repairing X-ray equipment from diverse sectors.
