ERP Systems Trainer Opportunity

Opus Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced ERP Systems Trainer to join our client, a non-profit organization in the culture and heritage space, in the Glasgow region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all users are proficient in using the new ERP system, facilitating a smooth transition and maximizing efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and analysis of job functions.
  • Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, both in-person and remotely, for diverse audiences.
  • Develop and update training materials, including manuals, guides, and video tutorials.
  • Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of end-users.
  • Provide ongoing support and follow-up training as needed.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in software training.
  • Demonstratable proven experience in delivering training both face-to-face and remotely.
  • Strong experience in creating training materials, including videos.
  • Experience of working with contractors and 3rd party providers.
  • Advantageous to have experience with LS Retail or Microsoft Business Central.
