Job Title: Cover Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team at The Supply Register. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting our schools in Burntwood by providing high-quality education to students in the absence of their regular teacher.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Classroom Management: Supervise and manage a classroom of students, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
  • Lesson Delivery: Follow lesson plans provided by the absent teacher and ensure students complete the set work.
  • Student Engagement: Maintain student engagement and ensure they are focused and working on tasks.
  • Behavior Management: Implement and enforce school behavior policies, addressing any issues that arise.
  • Support Learning: Provide assistance to students as needed, answering questions and facilitating their understanding of the lesson material.
  • Administrative Duties: Assist with administrative tasks as required.

We are looking for a Cover Supervisor who is passionate about education and has excellent communication skills. If you are a motivated and organized individual who is able to work independently, we would love to hear from you.

Please note that this is a temporary role, and we are looking for someone who is available to start as soon as possible.
