Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at FedEx. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of operatives and drivers, ensuring that all team members are motivated and treated fairly and consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of operatives and drivers to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Plan and take action to achieve service levels targets
- Educate your team on business goals and service objectives
- Ensure your team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices during the shift
Requirements:
- Experience in managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment is desirable
- Ability to manage own and teams time effectively with attention to detail
- Energetic and enthusiastic with a strong customer focus
- Good communication skills
