Position Overview

Are you interested in a fulfilling role as a Healthcare Customer Support Specialist with our progressive and supportive team at Hedena Health Ltd? We are looking for dedicated, understanding, and optimistic individuals who excel in customer interaction and possess strong communication abilities. A familiarity with technology and a commitment to providing outstanding service in a busy call center setting are essential. While previous experience in a call center is beneficial, it is not mandatory as we offer thorough training to help you thrive in this position.

As a Healthcare Customer Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in our mission to improve the health and well-being of the communities we serve. If you are enthusiastic about making a difference, we would be delighted to have you join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Handling patient inquiries via telephone
  • Providing a warm welcome to patients during their visits
  • Assisting patients with their needs during in-person appointments
  • Addressing patient questions and concerns effectively

Become part of a team that has successfully led public health initiatives, collaborated with neighboring practices, and actively engaged in health programs, making a significant impact on our patients' lives. Our workplace culture prioritizes employee well-being, featuring team-building events such as Annual Away Days, enjoyable staff outings, and memorable seasonal celebrations. We also offer a running club for those interested in fitness.

Located centrally, our office provides free on-site parking, a pleasant outdoor area for breaks, and regular deliveries of fresh fruit and homemade snacks, contributing to a positive work atmosphere. We emphasize work-life balance, operating from 8 am to 6 pm, with extended hours on select days and a Saturday morning clinic on a rotational basis for all Healthcare Customer Support Specialists.

Join a team that values your contributions and offers a rewarding career with competitive pay, along with benefits such as additional leave, a company pension, referral programs, and discounts. We look forward to welcoming you to our innovative and friendly team at Hedena Health Ltd.
