About the Role

Aramark UK is seeking an experienced and dedicated Catering Manager to join our team based in Sunbury, Surrey.

This is a permanent and full-time opportunity reporting into our Site Lead and will be based on site, TW16 7LN.

Aramark provides world-class contract catering services to our extensive list of clients across the UK, including Defence and Judicial, private industry and Education.

We are fortunate to have some of the best Culinary and Catering talent working within our teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Catering Site lead to embed the new food programme and required experience.
  • People-focused, effectively engage teams in their management style.
  • Ensure Opx and waste management processes are in place and weekly reviews are completed for production.
  • Maintain RRP as per company policy and ensure the tariff in all areas meets client/company requirements.
  • Implement schemes including new products, planograms, procedures, and menu specifications, adhering to Aramark guidelines and brand standards.
  • Develop good commercial relationships with suppliers, ensuring receipt of service and quality levels required to obtain the highest financial return.
  • Coordinate others to ensure all daily paper/computer work is complete and that inventories and statistical reports are completed correctly and on time.
Requirements
  • Experience as a Catering Manager in a contract catering environment.
  • Man management of teams of staff.
  • Proven track record in high-volume commercial operations & delivering budgeted profit levels.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
