About the Role

Aramark UK is seeking an experienced and dedicated Catering Manager to join our team based in Sunbury, Surrey. This is an exciting, permanent and full time opportunity reporting into our Site Lead and will be based on site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Catering Site lead to embed the step change required of the new food programme and experience required.
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality food and beverage services.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure correct stock levels and implement effective inventory management processes.
  • Champion excellent guest experiences and implement all guest communication tools provided by Marketing to enhance the guest experience across all areas.
  • Ensure RRP is maintained as per company policy and that the tariff in all areas meets client / company requirements.
  • Implement schemes including new products, planograms, procedures, and menu specifications, ensuring they adhere to Aramark guidelines and brand standards.
  • Develop good commercial relationships with suppliers to ensure receipt of service and quality levels required to obtain the highest financial return.
  • Coordinate others to ensure all daily paper / computer work is complete and that inventories and statistical reports are completed correctly and at the right time.
Requirements
  • Experience as a Catering Manager in a contract catering environment.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team.
  • Proven track record in high volume commercial operation & delivering budgeted profit levels.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to work on own initiative.
