Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
  • Utilize multiple customer systems to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery.
  • Produce reports and analytics to track customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide cover for colleagues during absences and support the team in achieving its goals.
  • Action customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information as necessary.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a logistics or transportation industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
