Role Overview

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the success of our care facilities. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional, person-centered care and collaborating closely with our dedicated care teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing individualized care plans tailored to each resident's needs.
  • Maintaining accurate resident documentation in accordance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and data protection laws.
  • Leading and overseeing a team of care professionals.
  • Conducting staff evaluations in line with organizational policies.
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to team members.
  • Ensuring appropriate staffing levels and skill mix during each shift.
  • Administering and documenting medications accurately.
  • Encouraging residents to engage in activities that enhance their quality of life and wellbeing.
  • Assuming leadership of the facility in the absence of senior management.
  • Fostering positive relationships with external multidisciplinary teams.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a qualified nurse with a proven track record in delivering person-centered care. You should possess strong empathy, approachability, and excellent communication skills.
