Job Title: Sales Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at Azelis. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes, working closely with our commercial and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process sales orders and manage the order lifecycle from receipt to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with commercial assistants and supply chain administrators to resolve any issues or deviations.
  • Master ERP functionality to provide exceptional customer service and improve operational efficiency.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including operations, finance, and SHEQ, to ensure seamless communication and data management.
  • Review and resolve amendments and non-conformances daily, working closely with the commercial assistant, supply chain administrator, and warehouse team.
  • Raise credit notes and reinvoicing as necessary.
  • Provide regular feedback to key users to enable operational excellence, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Develop expertise in all processes and work instructions, supporting the development of best practices.
  • Monitor and manage open orders, ensuring daily updates of backorder lines.
  • Provide cover for the Sales Administration team as required.
Requirements:
  • Operational experience in supply chain or a related field.
  • Ability to influence and achieve results through others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with people at all levels.
  • Good knowledge of English and advanced user of various IT tools and ERP systems.
  • Passionate about achieving goals and targets, with high service level standards.
  • Understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to adapt to new and changing requirements, with a flexible approach to working under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide regular feedback and updates.
