Key Responsibilities- Manage and screen incoming phone calls and customer inquiries
- Handle general customer inquiries by phone and email
- Input orders and quotes, and source products
- Maintain customer accounts and make adjustments on the CRM and SOP System
- Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
- Resolve product or service problems and expedite corrections
- Organise refunds and exchanges, and chase overdue purchase orders

- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
