Financial Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Omni RMS. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to financial ledgers, including purchase/subcontractor ledger, sales ledger, and payroll.

Your primary focus will be on providing accurate and efficient financial reporting services for specific business units, working closely with senior line managers and team members to meet deadlines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Populating cash books with payments and receipts and posting into the system.
  • Processing invoices and credit notes for the purchase/subcontractor ledger.
  • Reviewing and resolving queries on invoices, communicating with departments, suppliers, and sites to resolve matters in a timely manner.
  • Costing and clearing invoices that have been resolved.
  • Liaising with procurement, sites, and suppliers to chase outstanding order amendments, GRN inputs, or credit notes.
  • Maintaining email addresses and inboxes.
  • Generating scheduled query reports to suppliers and setting up new ones as required.
  • Reconciling supplier statements and requesting missing invoices or credit notes.
  • Reconciling General Ledger accounts.
  • Submitting completed month-end reconciliations by set deadlines.
  • Raising and issuing sales ledger and contract sales invoices in a timely manner.
  • Chasing debts and reconciling debtors' ledgers.

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in a finance team, with a strong understanding of Purchase ledger, Payroll, Cost control, Invoicing, and Payments. Proficiency in Microsoft Applications is essential, with SAP experience being advantageous.

As a Financial Administrator at Omni RMS, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a senior line manager and team members to provide an accurate and efficient financial reporting service for specific business units.
