About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team at Envibe Ltd. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales function and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and screen incoming phone calls and customer inquiries
  • Handle general customer inquiries by phone and email
  • Input orders and quotes, and source products
  • Maintain customer accounts and make adjustments on the CRM and SOP System
  • Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
  • Resolve product or service problems and expedite corrections
  • Organise refunds and exchanges, and chase overdue purchase orders
Requirements
  • Demonstrate Envibe's Core Values
  • Hold GCSE Maths and English (C or above)
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work autonomously
  • Highly organised with excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
