Senior Physiotherapist Community Therapy Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team in the Community Therapy department. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in the inpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload of patients with a range of conditions, including orthopaedic, gynaecological, breast surgery, general surgery, and medical patients.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and effective communication.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior physiotherapists and students.
- Possess a BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy degree.
- Hold a valid registration with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Demonstrate post-registration clinical experience of at least two years, specifically in an orthopaedic field and within inpatients.
- Be able to show evidence of continuous professional development and its application in practice.
