About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our Inpatient Therapy team at KIMS Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality inpatient therapy services, ensuring seamless care plans for patients from admission to discharge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an inpatient caseload of Orthopaedic, Gynaecological, Breast Surgery, General Surgery, and Medical patients.
- Develop and implement effective therapy plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Lead and mentor junior physiotherapists, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous professional development.
- Contribute to the development of inpatient therapy services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care.
Person Specification:
- Possess a BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy and a valid registration with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Demonstrate post-registration clinical experience, specifically in an orthopaedic field.
- Be able to show evidence of continuous professional development and its application in practice.
