The Partnerships & Change (P&C) directorate is responsible for managing the organization’s strategic relationships with clients, overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes, developing future services, and providing enterprise architecture and business analysis capabilities.

We are in search of a Lean Transformation Specialist to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in our lean transformation journey.

The Lean Transformation Specialist will be tasked with facilitating lean initiatives throughout the organization. This role will collaborate closely with various directorates and teams to identify and eliminate inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and enhance value creation.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in lean methodologies, process enhancement, or a similar capacity.
  • Proven expertise in leading and facilitating lean initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of lean principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Exceptional facilitation and communication skills, with the capability to engage and motivate diverse teams.
  • Experience in coaching and training teams on lean and agile practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capacity to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and build strong relationships.
  • Expertise in analyzing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and developing effective solutions.
  • Commitment to promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Working Pattern

We offer a mixture of full and part-time hours across a 37-hour week with varying working patterns.
