Your Role:

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will take charge of establishing and developing the quality function, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of compliance. This is not just a position; it’s an opportunity to shape the quality landscape of a burgeoning company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation of Quality Management Systems.
  • Ensure adherence to ISO 15189 and ISO 13485 standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality.
  • Develop and maintain relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Your Background:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in a scientific discipline.
  • Experience in a Quality Manager or Laboratory Manager role within the medical device sector or accredited laboratories.
  • A proactive approach to challenging existing processes and driving improvements.
