Role Overview: As a key member of the Quality Assurance team, you will collaborate with various production sectors to ensure that the organization's quality standards are consistently achieved. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct inspections throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring adherence to the established quality protocols as outlined in the company's Quality Manual.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document inspection findings by preparing detailed reports and logs, and entering data into the quality management system.
  • Uphold a safe and healthy workplace by adhering to established standards and regulations.
  • Generate Non-Conformance Reports, including thorough root cause analyses.
  • Work closely with production teams to perform initial, final, and random inspections utilizing Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and other mechanical inspection tools.
  • Deliver training and support to ensure best practices in inspection techniques are followed.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance metrics related to quality.
  • Ensure compliance with all inspection criteria.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a quality inspection role or a similar position.
  • Ability to operate with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with quality testing equipment and systems, including CMM and vision systems.
  • Comprehensive understanding of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
