Empower Family Group QOE Activity Leader and Support Worker

Job Summary:
Empower Family Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced QOE Activity Leader and Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our Quantock Outdoor Education team, you will be responsible for planning and delivering bespoke outdoor education packages for children and young people with additional learning needs and/or emotional and behavioural difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead in the planning and delivery of outdoor education programmes for a range of age groups and needs.
- Ensure the provision of safe, healthy, and stimulating environments for our young people.
- Work closely with schools and other stakeholders to deliver an all-inclusive education provision.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our young people, their families, and our team members.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our outdoor education programmes and policies.
Requirements:
- Experience of working with children and young people with additional learning needs and/or emotional and behavioural difficulties.
- Proven ability to plan and deliver outdoor education programmes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
- Enhanced DBS check for child and adult workforce with barred list checks.
