Voici ce que vous ferez :
  • Assister l'équipe de développement de produits à chaque étape du processus de mise sur le marché, de l'idée à la réalisation.
  • Veiller à ce que les produits respectent les normes et valeurs des clients, tout en répondant aux besoins des consommateurs.
  • Gérer les processus d'échantillonnage, respecter les délais de développement et contribuer à la rédaction créative pour les emballages et les supports en ligne.
  • Communiquer régulièrement avec les équipes d'approvisionnement, surveiller les tendances du marché et participer à l'élaboration de documents stratégiques sur les produits.
  • Examiner et analyser les produits concurrents, les illustrations et les données de vente.
  • Participer à des initiatives caritatives et communautaires tout en maintenant la documentation pour les licenciés.
  • Coordonner le Plan de Ligne de Jouets (PLJ) en collaboration avec les équipes de développement de produits et de chaîne d'approvisionnement.

  • Esprit d'équipe et capacité à influencer avec des compétences en communication efficaces.
  • Maîtrise d'Excel et d'autres logiciels informatiques.
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression tout en gardant son calme.
