Main Responsibilities:

  • Helpdesk Support: Provide timely and effective support to our facilities and engineering teams, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Fleet Management: Manage our fleet of pool vehicles, ensuring they are properly maintained and available for use.
  • Booking and Management: Book and manage electric charging, ensuring our facilities are equipped with the necessary resources.
  • Job Planning: Work closely with engineering teams to create job plans, ensuring efficient and effective completion of tasks.
  • Third-Party Communication: Communicate with third-party contractors and suppliers, ensuring smooth delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Outlook.
