Production Manager Role Overview

LER (SG) Ltd is seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, with experience in managing teams and coordinating plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a team of production operatives to ensure smooth production processes
* Coordinate and implement all aspects of Wire Rope, Petroleum Jelly, and Rust Prevention plants
* Ensure manufacturing, filling, and bulk loading schedules are achieved and completed in a safe and timely manner
* Manage plant operations to compliance standards, including GMP, MHRA, and HSSE legislation
* Provide technical support and guidance for wire rope, petroleum jelly, and rust prevention operations
* Conduct routine checks of the cooling tower

Requirements:

* Strong production management experience
* Ability to manage teams and coordinate plant operations
* Knowledge of GMP, MHRA, and HSSE legislation
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
