Job Summary:

Pertemps TM is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a busy catering operation, leading a team of chefs and night catering staff, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of chefs and night catering staff to deliver exceptional food and service to clients
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with the Chef Manager to achieve business objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership and management experience in a catering or hospitality environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet business needs
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
