About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Fundraising and Partnerships Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in managing relationships with our members and partners, driving recruitment plans, and implementing fundraising strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with membership and support groups, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Recruitment and Retention: Implement new member recruitment plans and strategies to ensure compliance with financial and reporting regulations.
  • Partnership Development: Manage relationships with sponsors and corporate partners, identifying prospective collaborations and opportunities for growth.
  • Fundraising and Development: Develop and administer fundraising plans, including approaches to trusts, foundations, and individual giving programs.
  • Event Management: Coordinate accredited training courses and oversee the organization's presence at shows and events.
  • Operational Support: Contribute to budgeting processes, strategic planning, and various operational tasks, including database management and event organization.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in charity and/or membership organizations, with a strong track record of fundraising and partnership development.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in data management, including inputting and analysis, and basic competency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Zoom.
