About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fundraising Manager to join our team at Reed. As the Head of Members and Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in managing relationships with our members and partners, driving recruitment plans, and implementing fundraising strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with membership and support groups, ensuring strong partnerships and effective communication.
  • Recruitment and Retention: Implement new member recruitment plans, ensuring compliance with financial and reporting regulations, and maintaining a high level of member satisfaction.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of fundraising strategies, identifying new opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and revenue.
  • Event Management: Coordinate accredited training courses, oversee the organization's presence at shows and events, and ensure effective event management.
  • Financial Management: Contribute to budgeting processes, ensuring effective financial management and reporting.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in charity and/or membership organizations, with a strong track record of fundraising and relationship management.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in data management, including inputting and analysis, and basic competency in Microsoft Office products.
