About the Role- Lead the planning function and develop strategies to achieve business objectives
- Manage a portfolio of residential planning applications, including large complex strategic land projects
- Collaborate with the head of land to identify and acquire new development opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with local authorities and stakeholders
- Degree qualified with MRTPI
- 6+ years post-graduation experience in planning, preferably in a house builder or consultancy
- Good knowledge and experience of handling planning applications in Hertfordshire and Chelmsford
- Detailed experience on large complex strategic land planning applications and 100 unit plus projects
