Job Title: Senior Manager, Project Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Project Management to lead our Control System Engineering projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Principal Engineer to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams of hardware and software designers to deliver projects from start to finish.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant contracts, CDM regulations, and margin control procedures.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams to ensure delivery of high-quality projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of managing control system engineering projects.
  • Background in contracts (NEC3/4 and others), CDM, and margin control.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong technical knowledge of control systems and project management principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
