We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our Control System Engineering projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering projects from start to finish, working closely with our Principal Engineer and multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate and manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet business requirements.
Requirements
- Proven track record of managing control system engineering projects.
- Experience with contracts (NEC3/4 and others), CDM, and margin control.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
