Are you a seasoned finance professional looking for a challenging opportunity in a dynamic business? Hays Senior Finance is partnering with a fast-growing technology company in Cheltenham, UK, to find a Group Finance Manager to join their team.
The Role:As the Group Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the financial performance of the business, with a strong emphasis on commercial focus and strategic input. You will be responsible for leading and managing the group's financial activities, providing strategic insights and commercial direction.
- Lead the financial planning and analysis function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners.
- Ensure robust internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support M&A activity, contributing to financial due diligence and integration.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced finance professional with a strong commercial acumen and a proven track record in a fast-paced, growth-focused business. You will have hands-on experience with financial processes, including month-end close, forecasting, and budgeting.
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent.
