Job Title: Senior Manager, Project Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Project Management to lead our Control System Engineering projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Principal Engineer to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams of hardware and software designers to deliver projects from start to finish.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of managing control system engineering projects, with a strong background in contracts (NEC3/4 and others), CDM, and margin control.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and priorities.
