We are seeking an experienced artist or project manager with a passion for electronic music to join our team at Music Ally. As an Artists Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of well-established and global Electronic artists.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day activities of 2 key clients, including representing the artist in meetings with record labels, creatives, social media managers, and other third parties around the world.
- Develop and execute global marketing campaigns, analyzing social and DSP data to inform strategy and drive results.
- Source, negotiate, and hire content creators to manage content creation wherever necessary.
- Travel with the artist to key promo and live events, providing executive assistance and support as needed.
- Manage the artist's social media strategy, creative, and execution, as well as A&R admin tasks such as publishing splits negotiation and backend filing.
- Record marketing campaign experience is essential.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with flexibility, tenacity, and initiative to strategize and execute.
- Digital marketing experience or a passion for everything digital and social.
- Self-motivated strategic thinker with a proven ability to build, lead, and execute marketing campaigns.
- Love of Electronic Music.
- Clear communicator with a passion for big ideas and creative and digital culture.
