Electronic Music Campaign Manager

We are seeking an experienced artist or project manager with a proven track record in record campaign management to oversee the day-to-day management of well-established and global Electronic artists.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day activities of 2 key clients, ensuring seamless execution of their careers.
- Represent the artist in meetings with record labels, creatives, social media managers, and other third parties worldwide to drive global marketing campaigns.
- Develop and execute strategies to build, track, analyze, and report record campaign performance on a weekly basis, providing actionable insights.
- Source, negotiate, and hire content creators to manage content creation for records and touring.
- Analyze social and DSP data to inform overall artist and campaign strategy.
- Oversee the artist's social media strategy, creative, and execution.
- Travel with the artist to key promotional and live events.
- Provide executive assistance to the artist and primary manager, including diary management, scheduling meetings, booking travel, handling expenses, and planning recording sessions.
- Manage A&R admin tasks, including publishing splits negotiation, backend filing, registering music, label copy, mixing and mastering booking, and delivering records to record labels.
- Essential experience in record marketing campaigns.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Flexibility, tenacity, and initiative to strategize and execute ideas.
- Digital marketing experience or a passion for digital and social media.
- Self-motivated strategic thinker with proven ability to build, lead, and execute marketing campaigns.
- Love of Electronic Music.
- Clear communicator to keep teams updated and celebrate successes.
- Passionate about big ideas and obsessed with creative and digital culture.
- Understanding of A&R admin tasks, including label copy and registering tracks with collection societies.
