As a Store Manager at Ernest Jones in Nottingham, you will be responsible for driving store performance through promoting a sales culture, building and inspiring a strong customer-first team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will be passionate about role modelling your selling skills, coaching and inspiring your team through great leadership and adopting a proactive approach to sales management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently achieve store targets through effective sales management and team leadership.
  • Build and maintain a high-performing team by coaching, developing, and inspiring your colleagues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
  • Control costs, payroll, shrinkage, and expenses for the store.
  • Oversee the planning and organisation of operational activities within the store.
