About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to become a Store Manager at B&M Retail, one of the fastest-growing retailers in the UK. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading your management team and colleagues in store, overseeing all aspects of your store's operations from stock to recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading your management team and colleagues in store to achieve outstanding store standards and sales growth
  • Managing all aspects of store operations, including stock, recruitment, and compliance
  • Developing and implementing commercial plans to drive sales growth and improve profitability
  • Coaching and mentoring your team to achieve their best and identify future talent
  • Maintaining excellent customer service and commerciality standards
  • Working closely with the store team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Store management experience in a fast-paced and high-turnover retail environment
  • Experience of managing and developing medium to large-sized teams
  • A history of successfully working towards and achieving KPIs
  • Flexibility to work a range of hours, including weekends and bank holidays
