This exciting opportunity will see you play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of food standards and safety in poultry slaughterhouses/processing plants in the Cullompton (Devon) area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct post-mortem inspections to verify the quality and safety of meat and offal.
  • Verify that rejected meat and offal are removed, stored, and disposed of safely and properly.
  • Maintain accurate records of post-mortem inspections and findings.
  • Collect and input data to support our quality control processes.
Requirements:
  • A team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to follow health and safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Interest in food safety and working in a slaughterhouse environment.
  • Commitment to a full-time contract.
