Job Title: Trussing Operative

We are seeking a skilled Trussing Operative to join our team in Willand, Devon. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for processing and packing food products for top retail customers in a busy factory environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Working within a chilled factory environment, you will handle raw meat and perform tasks such as packing whole chickens for wholesale or trussing the bird.
  • Process and pack food products to meet high standards of quality and safety.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting production targets and deadlines.
Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering high standards. No experience is necessary, but production/factory experience is a bonus.

As a Trussing Operative, you will have a strong work ethic and be prepared to learn and work well in a busy, fast-paced environment.
