We are seeking a skilled Trussing Operative to join our team in a chilled factory environment. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for processing and packing food products for top retail customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handling raw meat in a chilled factory environment
- Processing and packing food products for top retail customers
- Trussing whole chickens for wholesale
Ideal Candidate:
- No experience needed, but production/factory experience is a bonus
- Passion for delivering high standards and meeting H&S, Food Safety, and Quality standards
- Ability to work well in a busy, fast-paced environment
