As a result of growth, Coburg Banks Technical is seeking a dedicated Field Care Supervisor to enhance our well-established home care service. The role offers a competitive salary of up to £25K, along with an on-call allowance. The on-call responsibilities currently involve one evening per week and one weekend every five weeks.
Our organization is a privately owned branch recognized for its Outstanding CQC rating. We take pride in delivering a minimum of one-hour care visits and also offer live-in care solutions.
This position presents an excellent opportunity for a Field Care Supervisor eager to advance within a nurturing team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
In the role of Care Supervisor, you will be tasked with:
- Overseeing a team of caregivers, ensuring all scheduled visits are fulfilled and attended to.
- Conducting supervisions, performance appraisals, and support visits with team members.
- Completing care plans, risk assessments, and conducting spot checks.
- Ensuring that all systems are consistently updated, maintaining accuracy in the information provided.
Candidate Requirements:
To qualify for the Care Supervisor position, candidates should possess:
- Prior experience in domiciliary care, such as Team Leader, Field Care Supervisor, or Senior Care Assistant roles.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Strong communication abilities.
- A minimum qualification of Level 2 in Health & Social Care for Adults.
- A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
- A willingness to engage in hands-on care activities.
