Demand Generation Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join our team at Oil and Gas. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, nurture prospects, and drive revenue growth for our business lines.
Key Responsibilities- Campaign Development and Execution: Design, plan, manage, and optimize integrated outbound and digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline in one or more of our business lines.
- Creative Asset Development: Work with the creative team to develop campaign assets, such as landing pages, email templates, and social media content, that are aligned with brand guidelines and optimized for conversion.
- Email and Marketing Automation: Execute email and marketing automation campaigns to maximize interaction and conversion.
- Industry Trend Monitoring: Monitor industry trends and show a willingness to try new techniques and challenge current thinking.
- Customer Insights: Work with customer-facing teams to understand our buyers and influencers, identify their challenges and buying behaviors.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to monitor, measure against KPIs, report on, and continuously improve campaign performance.
- Lead Management: Work closely with the whole Go to Market operations lead for both granular tracking, reporting, and efficient lead management in the handoff from marketing to sales.
- Sales Enablement: Train and support the sales team to drive the success of the campaign and ensure nurture and conversion to revenue.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience of delivering demand generation marketing, preferably in a B2B technology company.
- Creative Campaign Development: Developing creative campaigns and executing email marketing, social advertising, SEM, and paid digital.
- Data Analysis: Using data to drive decisions and analyze campaign performance.
