Job Description

As a Marketing Manager for the UKIUSCAN region, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to grow our customer base and expand our footprint on existing accounts. This role is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to develop a wide range of skills and grow as part of a global team.

This role supports the UK Marketing Manager in completing agreed activities, including implementing best-in-class Account-Based Marketing (ABM) techniques and tools to drive improvement and business growth. You will work closely with sales teams to identify target accounts and create highly focused marketing campaigns with an appropriate communications mix to build awareness, create demand, and win new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning: Develop campaign plans to support marketing goals in the UKIUSCAN region.
  • Content Marketing: Work with the wider Achilles team to develop impactful content that drives market engagement and SEO performance.
  • Events: Plan and execute events under the Achilles Live brand and manage attendance at relevant third-party events to achieve marketing goals.
  • Campaign Reporting: Review and adjust plans and activities to achieve maximum impact and measure and report on the impact of marketing campaigns to support overall account and business goals.
  • Project and Budget Management: Work to agreed timescales and within agreed budget limits.

Qualifications:

  • Marketing or Business-related degree and 1+ year experience
  • Professional marketing qualification and 1+ year experience
  • 2+ years B2B marketing experience

Person Specification:

  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft suite
  • Copywriting/blog writing skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Adobe creative suite knowledge an advantage
  • Knowledge of Hubspot an advantage

Language Skills:

  • Excellent English is required for this role

Experience:

  • Experience of B2B marketing in the UK
  • Experience of generating content and using SEO keyword tools
  • Experience of social media marketing
  • Experience of working with sales teams
  • Experience of in-person event and webinar execution
  • Experience of collaboration/working with external agencies
