Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team in the UKIUSCAN region. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to grow our customer base and expand our footprint on existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop campaign plans to support marketing goals in the UKIUSCAN region.
  • Work with the wider Achilles team to develop impactful content that drives market engagement and SEO performance.
  • Plan and execute events under the Achilles Live brand and manage attendance at relevant third-party events.
  • Review and adjust plans and activities to achieve maximum impact and measure and report on the impact of marketing campaigns.
  • Work to agreed timescales and within agreed budget limits.

Requirements

  • Marketing or Business-related degree and 1+ year experience or
  • Professional marketing qualification and 1+ year experience or
  • 2+ years B2B marketing experience

Desirable Skills

  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft suite
  • Copywriting/blog writing skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Adobe creative suite knowledge an advantage
  • Knowledge of Hubspot an advantage

Language Skills

Excellent English is required for this role

Experience

  • Experience of B2B marketing in the UK
  • Experience of generating content and using SEO keyword tools
  • Experience of social media marketing
  • Experience of working with sales teams
  • Experience of in person event and webinar execution
  • Experience of collaboration/working with external agencies

Working Arrangements

This role is based in Abingdon in Oxfordshire. We offer a flexible mix of office and home working. A minimum of 2 days a week will be required in the office.
