Demand Generation Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Go to Market Operations team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing forward-thinking campaigns that generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive revenue growth for our business lines.
Key Responsibilities- Design, plan, manage, and optimize integrated outbound and digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline in one or more of our business lines.
- Work with the creative team to develop campaign assets, such as landing pages, email templates, and social media content, that are aligned with brand guidelines and optimized for conversion.
- Execute email and marketing automation campaigns to maximize interaction and conversion.
- Monitor industry trends and show a willingness to try new techniques and challenge current thinking.
- Work with customer-facing teams to understand our buyers and influencers, identify their challenges and buying behaviors.
- Use data & analytics to monitor, measure against KPIs, report on, and continuously improve campaign performance.
- Work closely with the whole Go to Market operations lead for both granular tracking, reporting, and efficient lead management in the handoff from marketing to sales.
- Train and support the sales team to drive the success of the campaign and ensure nurture and conversion to revenue.
- Proven experience of delivering demand generation marketing, preferably in a B2B technology company.
- Developing creative campaigns and executing email marketing, social advertising, SEM, and paid digital.
- Using data to drive decisions and analyze campaign performance.
