About the Role

The Brand Visual Merchandiser plays a pivotal role in upholding the brand's identity and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position is responsible for maintaining the visual standards of the store, promoting products, and ensuring a cohesive brand image.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management of visual displays and window presentations to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with Store Managers and department heads to implement brand visual guidelines and ensure market-specific direction is considered.
  • Monitor and support Store Managers in maintaining visual standards, including money mapping of VM presentation and reacting to sales budgets and mystery shops.
  • Work with the VM Coordinator and Store Managers to plan and execute sales and model store initiatives, aligning with market guidelines and sales plans.
  • Support Store Managers in training the sales team on visual execution and standards, ensuring consistent and accurate replenishment of products.
  • Assist the VM Coordinator in executing, coaching, and training brand and seasonal guidelines within the store.
  • Develop strong relationships with Brand VM and Field VM teams to drive best-in-class visual merchandising standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of retail experience with a strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and brand guidelines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels, with a focus on driving results and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
